Energy Performance Certificate - EPC
An energy performance certificate is mandatory if you want to sell or rent your home or small non-residential unit (kNR up to 500 m2). This EPC informs potential buyers or tenants about the energy efficiency of the home. The energy performance certificate is valid for 10 years, even if you sell or rent the home again. Have you now made your home more energy-efficient? Then of course you can have a new EPC drawn up so that you are also administratively up-to-date with the investments you have made.
Energy performance and indoor climate - EPB
When building or renovating with a building request, you must comply with the Energy Performance and Indoor Climate (EPB) requirements and procedure. Energy-efficient building has become socially, economically and ecologically both necessary and inevitable. The EPB requirements have now also reached the level of BEN (Nearly Zero Energy). The advantages of this are obviously lower energy consumption, but also mean higher premiums and tax benefits.
Blower door / airtightness tests
The EPB requirements are becoming increasingly strict. With an airtightness test and attention to an airtight finish, you can easily and reasonably reduce the EPB level. If you wish to obtain a passive home certificate for your passive home, you are obliged to have a blower door test carried out to meet the target values. With this type of airtightness test, also called a blower door test, our ACEG expert can measure the airtightness of a building.
Ventilation reporting
Problems with poorly functioning or inadequately tuned ventilation systems increase energy consumption and inadequate air quality in the home. As a result, ventilation reporting has been an additional requirement for private new builds since 2016. Further developing the existing ventilation system while also checking the correct adjustment is not only better for your wallet, but also ensures better air quality in your home.

I’m very satisfied with the services provided. ACEG not only helped me to get an appointment quickly, but the inspector who visited was also very helpful. Our installation was completely safe. The inspector himself took enough time to explain a few things to us so that we now know how to proceed safely if we have to hang a lamp. From A to Z a 10/10. You can count on this company!
